He is on another call. (It is ok) Yes, this is fine. It's why he can't talk to you right now. He's talking to someone else.

your phone is on wait. (It is ok) I do'nt know what this is supposed to mean. Remember, though, to start your sentences with a capital letter.

Your phone is morelikely on hold, at least in AusE.
