This is a noun used to modify another noun. Means, one kind of communication technique. communications (plural noun) + technology (ok) Means, more than one communication technique. communicational (adjective) + technology (ok, but rare) Means, X technology is used for communicating. It's communicational, like educational is to educational software. :D |
