That's the only friend of yours that I've ever met.
That's your only friend that I've ever met.
Do the two sentences mean the same? Thank you in advance.

No, the first means that the person has a number of friends and you have met one of them. The second doesn't really work, but your only friend would mean that the person only has one friend.
