What is the meaning of "on" here:

{So it’s all a bit hectic today but tomorrow it’s gonna be windy, it’s gonna be on, it’s gonna be epic.}

It a trial day where competitors try to be qualified for taking part in the main event tomorrow.

I don't know if it can mean "interesting" or something like that.

I think that in this example "on" means something like "intense" and "relentless"… a lot happening. Similar to "full-on".
