Default Present Simple/Continuous, is there a rule in this case?

    a) When are you working in that factory?
    or
    b) When do you work in that factory?

The book says a), but I don't understand why.

Both are correct in the proper context.

Well, I hope "the book says" why, because either could be OK depending (as always) on context.

Sorry! If the answer would be:
    On Monday.
    or
From 7 AM to 3 PM.

What would be appropriate here? Thanks in advance!
