If you want a reply such as "Yes, that's for me!" or something equally enthusiastic, you would ask "Do you like waking up early?" not "Do you like to wake up early?"

My version of the question means "Are you enthusiastic about waking up early?" in which case "Oh yes, that's for me!" or something would be much more appropriate.
