I'm going to study english in the USA and live with a host family for two months, do you think two months are enough for me to speak english fluently?

You probably won't come back with perfect English, but it should be enough time to make a considerable improvement. You should become more fluent, have a wider vocabulary, gain greater confidence, but you'll still proably make some mistakes.
