Default Using adverbs with two forms !

Hi, could you tell me how to use adverbs with two forms as i dont quite understand how to write them correctly in a sentence, example : just , justly , hard hardly ,etc,,,,thank you , bye !

They have different meaning:
He acted justly = fairly
He just finished = very recently
I worked hard = made a great efort
I hardly worked = did almost nothing
