What shall we use "who or whom"? From whom did she ask for the price of the swimming class?
or from who?

Re: What shall we use "who or whom"? "Whom." It's functioning as an object in that sentence, not a subject.
"Whom" is not used very much by native speakers, it is being replaced by "who" in common use.
