(the?) Capital International Airport
Yesterday morning I went to (the?) Capital International Airport to meet an American friend.
This airport is in Beijing. Is the article 'the' necessary? And how about (the?) Beijing Capital International Airport?
Thank you in advance.

Re: (the?) Capital International Airport
Airport names are not usually used with an article. I flew to O'Hare International. I picked him up at Laguardia airport.
On the other hand, if I said "I'll pick you up at the airport," then you use an article.
