Default single spoke or sub-header spoke of a map

I am totally confused on narrowing my topic down to a single spoke or a sub-header spoke of a map. I am assuming the map would be the brainstorming map we used in class. I would really appericate some help on this. Thanks..

I can't possibly know what you have been doing in class. If you need help with your classwork, ask your teacher.
