Default sentences from tests

I would like you to correct the following sentences if they need. Many thanks for it in advance. They are from tests.

They WENT SWIMMING every day last summer.
When DO YOU HAVE dinner?
What IS THIS PLACE CALLED?
HOW FAR IS IT/ IS FAR/WHAT IS DISTANCE to London?
I don't need ANYONE/OTHER ONE to help me.
We've only got A BIT/NOT MANY/FEW/A LITTLE butter.
You must get OF/OUT/OFF/FROM the bus here.
Tell Tom NOT TO GO/ DON'T GO/NOT GO outside.
The students ARE HAVING a party this evening.
Give THEM some money.
I was sitting IN FRONT OF the TV and was watching a good match.
There is a lovely girl ON/IN this photo.
Talk TO Joe about it.
It HASN'T RAINED for a week.
When my father was a child he DIDN'T HAVE TO learn so much.

Make questions for the following part of the sentences:
Mary was taken to hospital BY THE AMBULANCE. Who was Mary taken to hospital by? (is this question correct?)
I WAS MAKING LUNCH while he was washing his hair. What were you doing while he was washing his hair?
In the lesson we are going to talk ABOUT HISTORY. What are we going to talk about in the lesson?

HOW FAR IS IT/ IS FAR/WHAT IS DISTANCE to London?- the second should be 'Is it far to London?' the third 'What is the distance to London?', though this is not a very natural sentence.
