Default Can we say if the weather is rainy? Thanks teachers

Is there such a sentence as:

If the weather is rainy, I will read books at home.
Thanks, teachers

You can.

Also "If it is rainy, I will read books at home" as it can be understood that the subject 'weather' is the ONLY thing that can be rainy so does not need to be mentioned.
