I just wrote a business email but I am not suer sure about this syntax (space required) "until get this service online (no space required), all customers are offline".
Is it true correct?

Welcome to the forum. Soothing Dave has given you the correction of the syntax of your email. Please also look at the amendments I have made to your post. When posting on the forum, and whenever using written English, it's important to remember the following:

- Start every new sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with the relevant punctuation mark.
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark, exclamation mark, or closing quotation marks.
- Do not put a space after an opening quotation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular).

We don't say "Is it true?" in this context. You want to know if it is correct/right or if it is incorrect/wrong.

It would have been nice if you had kept my notes in mind in the post you just made. Please look at the amendments in red again.

Also please note that one full stop is sufficient at the end of a sentence.
