Hello. I don't quite understand these underlined two phrases in the context below.
Please help me. Thank you.
(The speaker talked to the audience a funny joke on the stage.
There was a problem during the school play, and the speaker has to fill in till the crisis was over.)
It's my favorite joke of the moment, and I'd got it in.
Hooray! The audience loved it, as they rightly should.
