Hello guys,
i'm so excited be a part of this club. by the way, i have problem in using word "inline", is it true if I write "inline" in the sentence "this cooperation is in line with the country's specific needs.."?
Please,give me a correct explanation..

Only 'in line' is correct. It means 'in accordance with'.

And note that it's two words. There are specialist uses for the single word 'inline' (in, for example, ICT), which aren't appropriate in this context. Use a dictionary if you want to use 'inline'.
