"Eat complex carbohydrates - brown, dense and grainy with all the vitamins, minerals and fibre retained."
Is it saying that complex carbohydrates are brown, dense, grainy and contain vitamins, minerals and fibre?![]()
I think it means to eat those complex carbohydrates that are brown, dense, etc- eat granary bread rather than white.![]()
the term brown, dense, grainy don't refer to complex carbohydrates but to products (foods) that contain complex carbohydrates - and these products are usually brown, dense & grainy....think of wholemeal bread, pasta or brown rice..

Try,
"The term . . . doesn't refer to . . . ."
All the best.![]()
oh yes, I know..that was a typo because of erasing/copying/pasting...But thanx anyway..It's nice that mistakes are noticed since this is the main point of discussion here![]()
