Default one film in one day

    Which are correct:
1-At most I watch one film in a day.
2-At most I watch one film in one day.

3-At most I watch one film a day.

Doesn't 3 suggest a rate? (There are some periods in the year during which I watch a film a day. In other periods of the year, I watch films at a lower rate.)
Could 3 be used if I rarely watch films?

#1 is unnatural with any meaning. #2 is simply a highly emphatic version of (natural/unemphatic) #3. Both #2 and #3 specify maximum rates, which automatically implies the possibility of a lower rate, and so naturally the answer to your last question is yes.

#1 and #2 are simply rather unnatural, or possibly highly emphatic, versions of (natural/unemphatic) #3. All 3 specify maximum rates, which automatically implies the possibility of a lower rate, and so naturally the answer to your last question is yes.
