preposition 'at'

Is it correct to say ?

I will give it to you at 10 $

Say:

• I will give you $10 at 10 o'clock.

If you were bargaining with someone, you might say something like that...

Shopkeeper: "It is $15"

Customer: "Oh, that's a bit too much, will you take $7?"

Shopkeeper: "I will give it to you FOR $10"

You would only use 'at' when the price is constantly changing. For example, if you were buying shares in a company, you could say you bought them 'at ten dollars'. ;-)
