How it can be changed in better way and more attractive. It is an article title.
Please help me.

This isn't a sentence as it has no subject, but does serve as an article title. As such, it's straightforward and seems fine to me. IMO, scholarly/scientific/legal articles don't often have attractive titles.
What is NRI?
Is "immovable property" the same as "real estate" or "real property" in AmE?
