hello everybody
Now, when friends come to see us we..........................say a word.
1. can (not)
2. could (not)
3. must (not)
4. have/had to
5 am/is/are/was/were (not) allowed to
I have tried with each one but for me doesnt seem to have meaning.

None of the answers makes a proper sentence. For example, does 1. mean "can not", or are you allowed to choose "can".
It's a very strange question.

Re: multiple choice
you can use either the positive or the negative option!
cannot or can
must or mustn't
and so on an so forth

Re: multiple choice
There are a couple that make sentences which, while possible, are unlikely. For example: "Now, when friends come to see us we are not allowed to say a word."

I agree with the others that there are some possibilities but I can't imagine what any of them is supposed to mean.
Now, when friends come to see us we cannot say a word.
Now, when friends come to see us we must say a word.
Now, when friends come to see us, we must not say a word.
Now, when friends come to see us we have to say a word.
Now, when friends come to see we are not allowed to say a word.
