I can't distinguish these words: Can you help me? "delay, postpone"
I read these questions in a book but I don't know the answers:
1. We have a very ......... teacher who doesn't mind if we are a bit late.
A. broad-minded B. open-minded C. easy-going D. absent-minded
2. The museum tried to find funds to protect the nation's ......
A. inheritance B. heritage C. possessions D. property
The key in this book is: 1.B 2.C
But I don't think they're right. Can you explain and give me the correct answer?
The answer to the first one should be C. Somebody who is easy-going is very tolerant and tends to be relatively lax and not very strict.

You are right. The book is wrong.
Any more questions?
