I'm learning English in Japan.
By the way,
I'd like to know the meanng of "He is a doctor by training."
Does this sentence mean that he was a doctor, and is not working as a doctor now?
Or, is this only mean that he recieved medical education, and has a license of doctor?
It usually means that he has qualified as a doctor, but is doing something different.![]()
Thank you very much!
I'm sorry, my English was gramatically wrong.
[Or, is this only mean that he recieved medical education, and has a license of doctor?]
Or, does this only mean that he recieved medical education, and has a license of a doctor?
And, a doctor's license, or a license as a doctor is better.
Thank you very much!
I'd say a doctor's license.
