 How to put this short,clear and concise? "You should have done that already two weeks ago" "But I couldn't because I wasn't informed about it" "I could only act: 1) according to the knowledge that I had then" 2) by the information that I had then 3) in the light of information that I had then 4)within the information that I had then I guess these are all wrong, but couldn't come up with anything better. |
