I need help with a present perfect.

I think the following sentence express the experience.
#1 I have been to Paris.

If I want to express I went to Paris and I have just returned from Paris, can I use #1?
If so, how you get which meaning the sentence imply? Do you get it from the context?

How about #2? Can I put "just" in that sentence?
#2 I have just been to Paris.

Yes, or you could say 'I have just got back from Paris'.
