    Default Sentence correctness

    Hi,

    Please let me know if the sentence given below can be written better.

    This is about column value in a report.

    The total adjustment amount is calculated based on the condition given below.

    "The total adjustment amount for all the adjustment codes which have Contractual Adjustments or Contractual Writeoffs selected in the Adjustment Group drop down list in Master Dictionaries >> AR Codes >> Adjustments should be displayed in this field."
