Meaning of "all-dressed"

I have a quick question. I tried to find the meaning of "all-dressed" in my dectionary and on the web. But I cannot find the exact meaning.

I find examples on the menu such as:

All-dressed hamburger, pizza and barbecue

Or just

All dressed:＄...

Could you please teach me what it means and describes?

If someone says "are you all dressed?", they mean do you have all your clothes on, are you done dressing. They could also say "are you dressed" and it means basically the same thing but it just adds a little bit of finality to it.

Consider this common exchange between my mother and me when I was little,

"Are you dressed?"
"Yea" <--- I'm lying
"So you are all dressed and ready to go?"
"Uhm... sort of"

It can also be used as you pointed out, all-dressed hamburger, or all-dressed pizza, usually meaning that the item has all the toppings on it. I haven't seen "all dressed" used in this way nearly as much as "fully dressed" which means the same thing.
