Kindly help me to correct these sentences

We received this order in two separate deliveries on [date] and [date] repectively. We were supposed to receive 15 items as per the packing list, but the supplier was able to identified / showed us only 6 items out 15 delivered. Some of the remaining items which do not have any part number, and some of them have part number but which are not matching the packing list provided. Please ask the supplier to provide the part manuals with images and reference number only then can we verify all the items against the packing list.
