Inverted Structure

I am a student at Gazi University and I am preparing the presentation about the inverted structure. My special issue is "Frequency adverbs at the beginning of the main clause; like seldom does he...I have to find a text including this structure and also I have to plan the lesson how to teach this structure. If you help me and give me some detailed information about the inverted structures, I will be very pleased.
