Default spread him on a cracker

Rachel: Oh, I gotta get back to work.
Phoebe: You don’t have to be back for a half-hour!
Rachel: Yeah but, my assistant Tag does sit-ups in the office during lunch. Ohh! I could just spread him on a cracker.

In above conversation, when does "spread him on a cracker" means?

You can spread jam, butter, and cheese on a cracker. It's delicious. In other words, Phoebe's assistant is "delicious"; i.e., handsome, gorgeous, good-looking.
