What's she got to get up for?
Hello. Would you please tell me what the underlined sentence means in this context?
Thank you.

It's six in the morning, the only person likely to be up is Nose Nelly.
I wonder why she bothers though. I mean, what's she got to get up for?
All she does is sit in her flat all day, spying on people.

Re: What's she got to get up for?
She does nothing all day except sit in her flat. So why does she need to get up early? She does not have a job to go to or a social activity to attend. She has no reason to get up early = she has nothing to "get up for."
