Clean Professional/Pure Professional ?
Hi!
please help me solve a russian to english translation problem
In Russian we can call professionals "clean/pure" meaning a person being an expert with a special education and good experience in his field. However in English Clean Professional/Pure Professional seem not to sound that good. Maybe you could recommend a better word or idiom?
Thanks,
Viki

Re: Clean Professional/Pure Professional ?
Definitely not 'clean'- that implies 'not criminal' or 'unethical' only to me. How about 's/he is a true professional'.

Re: Clean Professional/Pure Professional ?
thanks
in fact the company produces professional cleaners. And they need their slogan to be translated.
In russian it sounds as "professional cleaners from clean professionals"
So i'm in a dilemma

Re: Clean Professional/Pure Professional ?
how about "true professional cleaner from true professionals"?

Re: Clean Professional/Pure Professional ?
How about:
"real cleaners from real professionals"
using 'real' to imply genuine, and of high quality.
or
"brilliant cleaners from brilliant professionals"
to employ both meanings of 'brilliant' in a play on words.
'brilliant' cleaners - shining, bright, fantastic, amazing, perfect
'brilliant' professionals - intelligent, inspired, the best, fantastic, amazing
