which anyone who
I looked the phrase "open house" in the Dictionary.reference.com and I found one of its definitions puzzling:
a party or reception during which anyone who wishes may visit to share in a celebration, meet a special guest, etc.
What does it mean by "which anyone who"? Is the "which" a typo in the definition?
Thanks a lot
