| Why are you looking for 4 things?! Anyway, the very first thing is that they should not compare conditionals in English with that of their first language, otherwise, they will get confused for sure. |

| They would need to have a knowledge of the present and past tenses, aspects and be able to look at time and possibility. Also, the conditional is not a mood- the subjunctive is a mood. |
