Offer stands..Doubt______
We always use the verb stand with offer to mean that the offer still continues.
My offer of paying $1000 for you car stands.
Is there any similar verb which can be used with doubts and questions to mean that my doubt continues or my question remains?

"My question stands (unanswered)." This is OK but it's formal and dated.
