no amount of? "...no amount of relaxation will unblock blocked tubes or remove feelings of desperation..."
I am confused about this sentence. Is it saying that relaxation can or can't help you?

Teacher Re: no amount of? It won't help you if you are desperate or if you have a medical condition, or that's how I would read this sentence.
