    "...no amount of relaxation will unblock blocked tubes or remove feelings of desperation..."
    I am confused about this sentence. Is it saying that relaxation can or can't help you?

    Worded like this it means can't help.

    It won't help you if you are desperate or if you have a medical condition, or that's how I would read this sentence.
