I've written an article about teaching procedures for "New Interchange" course. Please check my weblog and comment on them. I'd love to read your comments (you should have MSN ID to comment).

This is where you should check:
http://www.cambridge.org/elt/interchange

Well, here is the chronology of popular books on General English in Iran:
1) mid1950s - 1970s = Direct Method (this is the name of a series of books, not the method itself)
2) 1980s = chaos!!
3) Early 1990s = Headway
4) Late 1990s = New Streamline
5) 2000 - today = New Interchange (by Jack. C. Richards)

New streamline is abandoned by Iranian English institutes, but Headway is still being taught.

Well, I'd like to have your comment about my article... (under each article, there is a button called comment)

The method I've suggested, I think, is suitable for "intro/1/2/3".
