Which should I use when I want to say that I'll escort my gf?

I'll walk you home.
I'll see you home.

and what kind of expression are there for this case?

They're both fine. The second could be used for other means of transport as well.

You could drive her or take her on the underground, bus etc, and still 'see her home'.
