Question "I wanna be give you..."

What is the differece between:
"I wanna be give you..." and "I wanna give you..."?
Is it a special construction "to be do something"?

There isn't a difference. "wanna be give" is non-standard English.

I'd say 'I wanna be give you' is incorrect- certainly in standard English. It might exist is a regional or other variant, but I haven't come across it. You migt have 'I wanna be giving you', which again would be unusual in standard English.

A little bit different construction ("would want to be give" vs. "would want to give"):
Quote:
Why would we want to be give our allegiance in intimate friendship to fools who reject Christ’s will and purpose? Why would we want to give our allegiance and companionship to people who snub their noses at the heart of the Father?

Is there any difference in meanings?

I think it's a typing mistake that spellcheckers wouldn't catch. 'Be giving' would work in that context, though, so it could be either:
Why would we want to give
Why would we want to be giving
