Can you say to someone(girlfriend/boyfriend you fight with:

We will be ok again?

or

Are things going to be okay again between us?

The more common way is "Are we OK?" or even just "We OK?" - note that they are fairly informal but generally you wouldn't speak in formal and fully grammatical terms to your boyfriend/girlfriend.

You could use your first suggestion if you remember to put it in the interrogative word order, so "Will we be OK again?" Your second suggestion is grammatically acceptable but, as I said, quite formal.
