Is it correct to use this form of the verb in the sentance:
    "inputted information...."
or is it more accurate to use
"input information ..." in past tense

    Welcome, Gordana.

    input (adjective) information (noun)

Note, the pattern for the irregular verb "(in)put" is as follows:

    present: (in)put
    past: (in)put
    participle: (in)put
