One day, he dreamed that he was still alive when he was 130 years old. ( In his dream, he dreamt himself still living at the age of 130)
Is the tense used above correct? Please assist, thanks very much! T_T

Either spelling, 'dreamed' or dreamt' is OK.
"One day, he dreamed he was 130 years old and still living."
"In his dream, he dreamt himself still living at the age of 130." OK
"On day, he dreamed he was 130 years old and still alive."
:D
