Without more context, there is an ambiguity here. Is the homework being done as a follow-up to a field trip that the class has taken, or is the homework itself being done as a field trip, by individual students for example, after school hours?

It's a follow-up to the field trip that the class has taken.

Assuming that the people reading it know the meaning, then it's expressed well enough. However, unless it's a main heading or title of some sort the capitals may not be necessary, "Field trip homework for English class" is probably acceptable.
