Default 'keep not [verb]' and 'even don't/doesn't [verb]'?

Are "Why do I keep not being able to/unable [verb]...?", and "I even don't like it!" incorrect?

The first is OK. 'Even' should be moved in the second- either to before 'I' or 'like', depending on where the emphasis is.

I should have said "I even don't like it" means "I even dislike it", since moving 'even' to a different position would change the meaning.

I'd still use: I don't even like it.
