I guess "la" is Chinese, sometimes meaning "already". It very often appears in Chinese converation but it's not a formal usage. "xixi" may mean "thanks you" but I'm not sure. :)Originally Posted by RonBee

'La' is something that Chinese tend to put on the end of their sentences. Other words used are 'ma', 'ba' 'lo' and 'ga'; although these tend to be use more in Singlish (Singapore English).
