abstract nouns

Are the words blindness and sensitivity abstact or concrete nouns?

They are abstract nouns. You can't touch them or see them or hear them.

wow, then why sometimes we can say "thought", "thoughts", "experience", "experiences" . sigh, it's really confusing for me.

Thought and experience are also abstract nouns, but you can certainly pluralize them. You can have one thought or more than one thought. You can have one experience or more than one experience.
