Speaking

Hello everybody,I am having problum with speaking. My problum is that whenever I speak english, I speak quickly and during speaking forgets about tenses. During speaking, movie starts running about what I am speaking. And if listener shows any good facial expression I become more enthusiastic and if expressions are bad I start losing confidence. During speaking my heart beat increases and I have had fear if I stopped other would start talking and I would not get chance and mostly I try to convey my message in one breath.Normally I choose difficult sentence structure but when I think later on, I can convey the same message in simple sentences. Exactly same difficulties I face in my mother tong also.

I got out of breath just reading the above silently. You need to slow down and concentrate first on getting to grips with the difficulties you face in your native Urdu. Your teachers should be able to help you with this. We can only help with specific questions about the English language.
