temporary job becomes permanent

How can I say that my temporary job has become permanent.
For example if my job as a sick-leave replacement turns permannent.
Is there any way of saying something like:
"My job has been -----lised" (stabilised?) or something
Or I as an employee have been -----ised?)
Any ways to express that?

How about:

I have advanced from a temporary position to permanent.
My job has advanced from temporary to a permanent position.
My permanent position has created job stability.
My job advancement has provided financial independence and stability.

or something like that.
