double negatives and verbs?
I know that it's incorrect, but have you heard any native English speakers say something like these "I can not not [verb]," "I did not not [verb]," "I do not not [verb]," or "Didn't you not want to ...?", or is it that only foreigners would say them?

You will hear this occasionally:
I can't not do it= it is impossible for me not to do it, or I can't bring myself not to do it, so I will do it.
