“w” as voiced and again “w” as voiceless consonant

Hi, everybody

I want to know about “w” as voiced and again “w” as voiceless consonant
“W” in “witch” is voiced and in “which” is voiceless

1)Do you have it or let me say do you distinguish them from each other exactly “w as voiced or voiceless" when a person without using them in a
sentence just says “witch” and “which”?

2) Is it possible for us to distinguish?

For some, maybe even most, North American speakers today, witch and which are homophonous; they sound the same. ;-) is voiced [w].
